Mangattu Salkara - Munnar

This hotel is one of the best hotel in Adimali run by a family. It's famous for their traditional menus and freshly prepared foods, juice coffee and tea.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The chicken was not cooked properly and the service was extremely poor. I have never experienced such low quality service before.

Mangattu Salkara is the top restaurant in Adimali town known for serving authentic Kerala cuisine. It is a great place for families and groups as it is a family-owned establishment. The dishes are prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of care, and served with warmth and hospitality. You are sure to enjoy the food, the atmosphere, and the friendly service at this restaurant. Once you visit, you will become a loyal customer for life.

If you did not visit it will be wastage of all. Plan for single day visit dedicated for the said place. Definitely it will remind you later on.

We stopped here on our way to Alleppey for a breakfast. We were happy to be served quickly & even happier to find a toilet we could use.We had Appam, Puttu, Chana Curry & Kerala Coffee for breakfast, & picked up a packet of banana chips for later. Do not expect too much on the ambience front.
