On the viktualienmarkt there are "münchens smallest restaurant" (although it really is, may remain open). despite the viktualienmarkt there is no mass production, but almost normal restaurant operation - although free places are rar, you have to wait a bit....serving nice and friendly, eating - also typical münchnerisch - without any flaw. especially recommended also because of the good intention on the square....u.U. even on music groups there

As my wife and I accepted our extended Viktualienmark bumblebee, of course we had to be an extended break with nice broth time.Since we do not think of typical mass production, where battery-hon-like the guests were spitting on tables and waiter in fast procedure, we looked at ourselves in rest at the market around before we met our choices.

In a protected corner of the viktualienmarkt is the restaurant with seating which have a great view of the viktualienmarkt. breading times and typical dishes such as white sausages are offered. unfortunately the idyll completely overwhelmed service personnel. The reason for this is the lack of German knowledge and lack of education in the gastronomy industry. the stollzer are the prices, so nix for families or people who have it in a hurry.

After I had now lived 2 years in a little bit, this place for me and my wife had become a fixed station every Saturday afternoon. the enviable situation and the prices as a whole had meant to accept it as an ideal place to drink a good dark white beer of faß von paulaner at two brezes until one day the rudeness of the waitress at the tables (not) to his colleague, who was always polite towards us) really exceeded the limit. that happens... as the place is small, the free places are always a rarity, so we arrive and let ourselves down (it was winter, so even if it was covered by transparent plastic plans) there was a beautiful brise, we say cool in the only free place but was right in front of the door. the relevant waitress comes to pick up our order (our usual 2 darker whites) at his return we inform the waitress (I repeat, we were at least 20 times there) that we change the table to avoid air at the door, and she tells us that "no, we can't change because she has now taken up the order" and we can't go to the other table because her colleague is responsible for it".? ??! then follows (shortly to say the truth, but effektiw) a discussion with her that does not want to hear any reason. her colleague, very uneasy, tried to make her realize with an augence-winning that he could also take the off, you know what kind of upheaval... but nothing to do moral: after we thanked her for her friendliness, we have gone and since then we have not set foot there. bree drink ...) tipp: if they really want to go there (I repeat, the place is beautiful as location ...), try to sit at the tables that are served by his colleague (I don't know the name but he is a type with a small skin that she (also she has not the look of the classic German blonde, bright skin and blue eyes) should be avoided "like the pee"!

You can enjoy the viktualienmarkt with a wonderful sunshine. the dishes are simple but very good. the prices are also reasonable, the staff is very friendly, Bavarian cozy.
