Very small mom and pop restaurant, Great prices and friendly people.

In disrepair. Coffee delivered in an unclean cup. Tables were littered with dirty dishes. Order not taken for quite some time even though I was the only new person there. Staff was very friendly. Food came out quickly after ordering. Steak was good.
