Order last Sunday, was watching t.v and fell asleep. THEY CALLED THE STATE POLICE TO MY HOUSE FOR A WELFARE CHECK BECAUSE I DIDN'T ANSWER THE DOOR! it was so embarrassing having 2 STATE troopers in my driveway all over a stupid freaking delivery......

The owner is very disrespectful and rude. He messed up and gave me a bigger pizza then I ordered and wouldn’t give me plates or napkins saying he has none as I could see them with my own eyes! He’s not professional at all and probably should give up his business since he is rude and mean to his customers. Montgomery oip is much better and worth the travel

I would give this place 0 stars if it was an option. I was hung up on and verbally assaulted by the owner--when my order was prepared incorrectly at fault of the staff. I understand people make mistakes, I was not mad about that. I did not want to have to wait for them to reprepare the order correctly for me and have to go out to pick it up. I'm trying to limit my covid exposure at this time and I should not be inconvenienced due to fault that was not mine. I was given two options wait for the item to be prepared, and drive to the restaurant to return the incorrect order or I could get 10% off my next order. When I expressed to the owner those two offers did not seem fair to me because I was not at fault in this he yelled at me and told me YOU WANT FREE FOOD.. And then he hung up on me. I would have preferred to reorder the item at a later date but 10% off my future order would not have even monetarily equaled the item I originally ordered. To get one thing straight--I would have thrown away the order I received that was incorrect, as no one in my family eats that. In the end I returned the item that was prepared incorrectly and got my money back per my request. The first thing that was said to me when I walked in the door was WHAT YOU WANT. When I attempted to explain why I wanted what I wanted I was cut off and yelled over top. The owner continued to make condescending remarks, insulting my integrity behind the plexiglas and when I would try to explain my side as the customer he did not want to hear it and threatened to call the cops and kick me out. I will never be back and I will encourage other patrons to give their business to other small businesses in the area every chance I get.

My order was incorrect due to the staffs error. When calling to try to address and rectify the issue I was told by a man with a thick Italian accent I was “just looking for free food” and hung up on. I did not want free food. I simply wanted the incorrect product replaced at a later date because I did not want to wait any later for food, nor did I think I should have to come to the store due to someone else’s error. I was then told I could place an order some other time but
