フィードバックを提供するWe began our experience with extremely slow service, as it took three attempts to order a beer from the menu before we found one that was actually available. After waiting about an hour for our food, the burgers arrived boiled and dry. My loaded nachos with jalapeños turned out to be just plain and cold. The loaded smoked baked potato was so cold that the butter and cheese were merely sitting on top without even beginning to melt. They did replace the nachos, and the second serving was hot and properly loaded. However, the potato was swapped for another one that was just as cold and unappetizing, leaving much to be desired. Although the meal was a disappointment, we chose to stay because they had impressive live music. I would have given them one star for the food alone, but the music redeemed the experience a bit.
I've consistently had great experiences on Elm Street. The food has always been fantastic, and one of my favorites is their Ranch dish. However, the service can be a bit hit or miss at times. I haven't had any truly bad experiences, but there have been moments when the waitstaff disappears for a while, and we end up waiting longer than expected for refills or other items we need. Overall, I keep returning because I love the food, drinks, and the atmosphere. I also recommend it to any friends who visit town.
I'd like to give it 5 stars, but my food wasn't great this time. Brisket was dry and sandwich had very little sauce. The waitress was great, although the hostess is obviously not very enthusiastic about her job. Green beans were good earlier, but must be hot and with a little less garlic.
This is a beautiful place. Vibe is good and they have a nice selection of brews. (8 of their own and many guest designs) Pizza was quite decent. Not my first choice, but also not my last one.
When I go to Elm Street, I always order a Buddah Bowl—quinoa, chickpeas, lots of fresh veggies, pepitas, and a nice chunky sauce to go with it. We waited a while for our orders (my husband was with me). Our waiter came back to ask how everything was when the plates were barely set before us, so we both said fine. I figured the quinoa and the chickpeas were buried under all of the other stuff. Come to find out, they were non-existent. All I had were veggies, pepitas, and the sauce. I paid for the quinoa and chickpeas! When I mentioned it to the waiter, he said they must have run out. Well, they should have told me before I placed my order—I probably would have ordered a different salad. Elm Street did not offer to take $1-2 off the total. I am not happy, and won’t be eager to return.
