Brothers Grill - Muncie

The food was good. but we waited minutes before our food was brought out and there were not many people in the restaurant. I suppose that was the kitchen staff.

I'm not a normal customer, but I've been visiting for just a few years. Pre-pandemic this place had amazing eating, amazing drinks and great staff.

Food and service were both fantastic! we will definitely come back! very recommended!

Now and then I try to give this place a chance. I'm not sure if I command the wrong things or what, but that was never above average for me. I just ordered a buffalo pack, gator balls, cajun fish tacos and firecrackerries. the buffalo pack was ok. the Gator balls or the only thing I really enjoyed in the few times I ordered. the fishtacos smeared like, well, fish. not really anything else. pretty bland. the firecracker fries were good except for the outstanding amount of chili oil and red pfeffer flakes. the garlic and other aromes would really pair well with a little spicy, but in this case they totally lose the potentially great taste that these pommes would have if they were not drowned in the flakes/chili oil. all in all, I could see that these dishes are much better, but in my experience you could also make your own. they save some money and it would taste better.

Server was great, attentive. was not very busy, but one for eating. my chicken sluice had a bone in it....gotta did not see her bones! and when we asked for pickles that were not on the sandwich, we did. was more, but some were placed on the sandwich. not sure if the manager is aware of the waste. but overall I'm sure I'm back.
