Shree thakker bhojnalay, the most iconic gujrati restaurant located in the busy streets of kalbadevi holds a special place in my heart.<br/ <br/ Serving all the authentic desi gujrati dishes, thali at thaker is a must try. <br/ The quality of food is really high here and one of the reasons why I love this place. <br/ Coming to what I tried here, <br/ Gujrati khichdi and khadi <br/ This is the best combo. Piping hot tangy kadhi served along with khichdi (topped up with lots of ghee) is the main dish of this restaurant. <br/ <br/ Reshmi paratha <br/ Soft, thin hot and perfect

At Shree Thaker's, it's evident that they believe in customer satisfaction and hospitality.. Everything is so well managed..the owners personally come at your tables and make sure that you're well attended.. Everybody is so calm and polite inspire of the long queues!! The food is absolutely worth the wait!

You will njoy the food from the time you are bmstartef being served coz the staff gives you homely and best hospitality feeling which makes food more enjoyable. The owner of this restaurant is such a charming person that he visits personally to you and offers to take a bit more with tips of how to have it. This is the best place I have every visited to have Gujarati thali. Though being Gujarati With a chef mom at home I often have most of the servings but trust me the taste that they have no one will every be able to match. No doubt the reason they are the oldest and the bestest in this business and also being recognised with times award for more than 3 time. There are more than 15 items and each one of them is just yummy. This is way way way better than @rajdhanithali where food serving is just a business. If You are in Mumbai don’t leave without visiting this place. You will love the city more because of restaurants like this. Tip: long waiting on weekends and weekdays. You might fetch a celeb if you are here at the right time
