フィードバックを提供するGood god is the woman rude as hell. I?ll gladly drive further and pay more to NOT have to deal with her again- UPDATE So after I wrote this, I got home, opened the food we ordered, tried their crab rangoons.... and good god! These are the BEST crab rangoons I've had. I will gladly let the woman belittle me and spit in my face as long as they continue to make these amazing Crab Rangoons!!!
Really need to work on customer service.. when I call in an order I feel rushed like she is to busy to listen to what I want then the second I finish my order she says ok then hangs up.. instead she should ask ok will that complete your order then say ok thank you your order will be out in said amount and the amount then say thank you see you soon. Some people lack customer service simply because they were never taught manners.
Tried to give this place another chance but the customer service is just beyond terrible. Ordered online and got a call from them to confirm within 2min, price was almost $15 more than the online receipt. When we questioned the reasoning and read off the items to confirm prices the woman just rambled off excuses and went on about how they charge differently than online and she?s telling us the real price and that?s it are you going to keep your order or not. Asked her to go ahead and cancel the order as we felt it was dishonest and would rather support another small business. She was still ranting and hung up on us. If it?s an issue with trying to recoup a 3rd party fee they?re being charged per order or something on their end from the site maybe it?s time to change the way you do business. You can?t price gouge customers and essentially double the cost of the whole order with major attitude at that and expect them to give you their business.
The food is okay but the lady in the front taking the orders is extremely rude! Every time she seems to be in the worst mood possible. She doesn't greet you. Doesn't smile or anything. I'm 100% certain she hates her job. JS. I'm probably going to look for another Chinese restaurant that's a little more customer friendly.
While food is usually good, they are some shady people. I ordered online. It told me my total was $28, when I get there she charged me $36 (she said price increase). Maybe they should update their website and not charge whatever they feel like. I guess they are in the business of ripping off their customers. Woman there is rude and has no customer service skills. We are finding a new take out Chinese place.
