She always keeps things together, even tonight when her manager was nowhere to be found and the cook had to work the register due to being short-staffed. This happened on 11/18/22 around 7:15pm. I visit this place frequently and I can usually tell if my food will be good as soon as I walk in. It appears that they typically have enough employees, but they may not be properly trained. It seems like they are left to fend for themselves without proper guidance. I believe that if they provided better training for their staff, they would stay longer and perform better. Improved management would make a significant difference.
We recently visited the most unsanitary QDoba location. The staff were seen walking on food scattered all over the floor behind the counter. The tables were dirty, the floor was slippery with grime, and the staff did not appear clean while handling food. We decided to throw away our food and leave. It's disappointing to see how rundown and filthy this restaurant has become. It's surprising that the Health Department has not taken action to shut it down. This is truly shameful.
Extremely disappointing. Being pregnant is hard enough without having food poisoning. My husband and I came here to knock out one of my pregnancy cravings, but it ended up knocking me out instead.
Andrew was our cashier, rudest person ever!!!! Never have felt so uncomfortable here. My sister didn?t hear him at first and he rolled his eyes, crumpled the bag, and said oh my god.
This restaurant was completely disorganized and chaotic. It was not surprising to receive a quarter of a red pepper and another third of a green pepper unsliced in a bowl with other thinly sliced ones. It was obvious that the staff lacked culinary skills, as they struggled to understand basic measurements like a half of a spoon and simply dumped a full scoop into the bowl. There was also a young child wandering around admiring the ceiling while customers were waiting in line, which was amusing. Additionally, the chip situation by the register was a mess - pre-bagging the chips could help speed up the process.
