Zum Alten Markt - München

Best meal we've had in Germany so far! Food, service and ambience were perfect. We loved the Schnitzel, snack board and mushroom dumpling dish.

Awesome atmosphere, awesome food, awesome service. Was taken by a friend who is a long time fan of this restaurant and it did not disappoint. If you visit Munich and want a quiet little neighborhood-type place with a feel of the Swiss Alps, Zum Alten Markt is a GREAT choice!

This restaurant is adorable! I wish I had discovered it sooner. The waiter was friendly and very attentive. I ordered the pork tenderloin tips with spätzle and broccoli and it did not disappoint--the sauce was delicious. A great find near Marienplatz!
