フィードバックを提供するThe restroom cabinet was overflowing and there were no available tables for customers. While it is not the hotel's fault that multiple buses stopped at the same time, resulting in a sudden increase in visitors, I believe the hotel management should coordinate with the bus companies to prevent future rushes and ensure the restroom is kept clean and efficient to avoid inconveniencing passengers stopping for refreshments at the hotel.
A pity of experience. no proper toilet facilities, especially for women, if they are a long way more traveling and instead of understanding the needs of the customer, they were simply interested in argumenting for that they had the bus staff as well as getting the free benefits from the hotel.
During my trip to Trivandrum, I decided to dine at this restaurant. Our bus made a pit stop here for food and restroom break. The menu selection was good and the food was decent. Additionally, there was a bakery connected to the restaurant. However, the service could use some improvement.

My recent visit to Royal has been a letdown. I placed an order for their chicken biryani. I am dissatisfied with the amount of food they provide. Furthermore, the location is filthy. We can't consume meals comfortably because of the insects.
