Fantastic meals! The delivery is always punctual and the food arrives warm. They offer meal prep options, which are a great help since I’m busy working all day. It’s very affordable, and lately, it feels like there are only unhealthy food choices in the Mount Vernon area. Souzafit has truly been a lifesaver for me – I highly recommend it!

I have been using Souzafit for meal prep now for a little over a month and i have recommended it to all of my friends. The food tastes great and they are very flexible with the accomodations. I am someone that cannot each cheese but for my fitness plans my lunch consists of a chicken cheesless quesadilla mean that souzafit prepares and they have yet to disappoint. The previous meal prep location that i used to use was not as flexible and often got my orders wrong. I recommend the teriyaki chicken and the steak. For breakfast the protein french toast is really tasty. The staff is also very friendly and they're always a text away (this is super useful since i do pickups and sometimes traffic prevents me from picking ip at the scheduled time).
