Diamond Springs - Mt Aukum

Excellent food and atmosphere. Great lumberjack special to include potatoes and French toast which you pretty much don't see anywhere. Minus one star due to very high wait times for food but worth the wait.

Waitress was overwhelmed and looked like she needed HELP Reflected on time. Took a long time for our food. A couple of unpatent customers walked out. We waited and glad we did. Our food was delicious. It was totally worth the wait.? One thing , NO STEAK Eggs...

We love the diamond springs hotel, food and service are outstanding

Everything was good. Except the crab louie salad was lettuce and shrimp (large and fresh , and a slice of a beet? It was lacking the hard boiled egg avocado slices and whatever else might normally come with the crab louie. Even some tomato slices would have been nice. That's why the 4 star. Owner is a super nice guy, so that's always a plus:

Great food and even better service! We love to go for breakfast, mostly! But, they have a great lunch as well!
