Got a 20oz green tea and the whole this is ice. Finished it in 6 drinks.
I absolutely HATE how many questions I have to deal with at the window just to get some coffee. I know staff are trained to be friendly and engaging, but it's gotten ridiculous. Nobody is acting engaging, they just spew out a list of personal questions, no social skills at all. I don't really want to answer 20 questions about my day or my life. I just want some damn coffee without the interrogation. You make the window person stand there the whole time just grilling me. Is their training to first ask what my plans are for the day?.....and then 15 more questions about the intricate details of those plans? Please make it stop! At least make them closed-ended questions where I can get away with a simple yes or no. I pull into Dutch Bros in such a good mood and I pull out feeling overly annoyed and uncomfortable. It's a real bummer.
Not quite as fast as some Dutch Brothers we've visited, and they confused our order with some others, but considering there were 15 cars ahead of us, they did pretty good!!Where two lanes converge, there's no way to ensure that the car first in line goes next. I think that contributes to the order confusion, which we saw multiple examples of.The coffee was great, of course!
Rude staff, was there 5 hours prior to its actual closing waited in line then as I get to window to order 1 coffee the girl wants to be rude af and tell me they are closing early because no one is coming through to get coffee. Thank God I don't live in mtn home and can use the Dutch pros in Meridian and Boise where they aren't rude.
