Even if the Gus's HOT DOGS is called, the Philly Chesse Steak is the best in Birmingham! Better than Salems. I love it!

Ernie is the best. Since Ernie bought Gus's hot dogs in Crestline Village the hot dogs are #1. I don't know of a better hot dog or a nicer person than Ernie.

Special Dog, all the way.. If you like hot dogs, and like them loaded with whatever artery-clogging toppings you can fit on top, go for the special dog . Better than some of the other junk-yard type dogs in town. I 'd put Gus ' in my top 3 hot-dog spots in B 'ham (Chicago Mikes #1, Gus ' and Super Sams tied for #2).

I love gus's hot dogs!!!!!. As a child my Dad and I would drive all the way to Birmingham, Al....From Tuscaloosa, Al......Just to get a sack full of Gus's famous Hot Dog's. They are the best Hot Dog's I've ever ate!!!! I absolutely LOVE Gus's Hot Dogs!!!! They need to make one down here in Tuscaloosa. I know they would get alot of business with the University of Alabama being here!! Over all I give Gus's Hot Dog 5 Stars!!!! This is the best Hot Dog You'll ever sink you're teeth into!!!
