Domino's Pizza - Mount Vernon

I was running late picking up my pizza and the manager remade it for me. I got there after and hour and it was just coming out of the oven hit and fresh. The staff was friendly and courteous and food was delicious

Got 2 wrong orders. Almost 3 hrs later still no food. Ended up having to Cancel order.

Worst pizza ordering experience of my life! They said Please hold three times within a 12-minute span, without even saying Thanks for calling Domino 's, we 're very busy right now but please hold. I had wanted to order a pizza to pick up before work. They made sure with their rude behavior that didn 't happen. When I went into this Domino 's to see what the wait time would be, even MORE RUDE TREATMENT. Never again!

Very poor customer care and willingness to correct issues clearly made by their team. Rude and unhelpful staff.

Far as the pizza goes.. it's dominos. If you like it you won't be disappointed. I've never had to wait for a pickup order ever. And it's consistent.
