Bandana's Barbecue - Mount Vernon

My family loves grilled pork, so it's tough to impress us, but this particular Bandanna's had the best pork I've ever tasted. I ate there twice during my week-long stay in Mount Vernon. The waiter was super friendly, and everything was delicious. It's the only Bandanna's I've ever visited, so I can't speak for the others, but this one definitely feels like a home run!

The pork was incredible, and the charming Southern atmosphere made the experience even better. I really enjoyed the homemade sauces, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend trying the delicious dishes!

We were traveling from St. Louis when we stopped at this restaurant. The chicken tenders were juicy, and the fries were hot and flavorful. I ordered the brisket and ribs, along with mac and cheese and potato salad. Everything was served hot and tasted amazing. The staff was friendly and very helpful as well.

Here for lunch. They've been here many times and never had a bad experience. Food comes fast and hot. Love your Mac n cheese. Chicken, pig, brisket, it doesn't matter what you get. It's all hot and juicy. And yes, including the chicken breast, is also juicy. Space is always clean and welcoming. Our waitress is Robin. She sees us on foot and knows what we've got for drinks, and she'll be right over. She always has a smile on her face and is super helpful with the menu. Always a hold. If you listen, ask for her. You're not sorry.
