5b Burger Co. - Mount Vernon

2 stars are only for the fact that the burgers were delicious and served nice and hot.The rest of our experience was NOT good! We walked in on a Tuesday night 1/3/2023 and there was only about 4 other parties in the whole restaurant. We were told to sit where we want to. 1 younger and 1 older lady on staff as waitresses. We waited 10+ min and nobody came and even got our drink order. Finally the younger girl( our assigned waitress) said to the older can you please take them? I 've got like 5 other tables. She said this right in front of us. (There were only maybe 4 or 5 parties in the whole building)The older lady took her time and finally took our order. She was very rude, no smile or even hi just what do you want to drink? .We got our food and when finished we wanted dessert but the older lady never came back to even ask how our food was. Every other party left at this point and 2 new ones came. The younger girl had their food orders in within 5 minutes of them walking in the door. Super sweet to them.. We got up, paid and the younger girl just asked us what we had and told us our total. No how was everything? Nothing. She didn 't want to serve us from the git go and she made that very clear. She did say after handing our table off to her coworker that she was just really busy and she is sorry.Just order takeout if you want their burgers until they do some customer service training for these girls.

Nice place to stop for lunch when traveling on the interstate if you have a little time. Friendly service, chill atmosphere and good burgers.

While traveling through we stumbled across this place. The service was great.We both had the cheeseburger, fries and tots. The meal was really good and out fast.The Tots are the thing to get.Parking: There is parking behind and around the square.

Great food and awesome owners. Best burger I have had. (Texas heat) Loaded fries are delish enormous! Very clean establishment! My favorite burger spot by far.Vegetarian options: Fried avocado to veggie burgers. There are options for everyone.
