フィードバックを提供するAt first order was incorrect, they did their absolute best to correct it and apologized. The staff worked as a team and was super friendly. Best experience with this location and will be coming back. Lunch experience was fabulous, thanks to Pot Belly Mt. Prospect!
Best Potbelly I've been to. Staff remembers you, is always friendly, and goes above and beyond. Absolutely fantastic. Food is always on point as well.
They were extremely busy. Service was good. However there is a significant increase in prices per sandwich.
