New review Thanks I went in and had a good experience this time the lady wasn’t there and I didn’t get any solicitation. Original review Hi the ice cream was good but I was annoyed because there was a lady asking me for money when I was waiting on my ice cream. This is called loitering and will drive away costumers like myself. I will return but if I see her there I’ll just walk to Starbucks next door.
UPDATED: Bob, appreciate your quick response and I’m revising my 2 star to 5 as your store deserves it with the quality of products my rationale to update my star review is your approach to the problem and acknowledging your mistake and working on it. For future, my advise would be not to take away essentials till the real closing time, like chess pieces and water which both are important for your brand’s in store experience. Original review: We've been denied full service: chessboard pieces have been removed from the tables and even my kids asked them to play with, but we were told they’re closing soon and for that reason they’ve removed the chess pieces. We’ve also asked for water but the store manager, Bob, told us they’re closing in 20 minutes, for that reason they’ve removed water pitchers. I don’t understand the reason why customers not able to fully receive the service till the store closures. If store closes at 10 pm, that means store giving service till 10 pm, if otherwise not noted by the management. I’m only leaving this review because we’ve been denied service by the manager of the store, and I think this approach is not aligning with the quality of Oberweis.
Unfortunately bad service and can't ever seem to get their orders right. It's a shame because they have good ice cream. From now on it's Haagen-Dazs for me.

When the business closes at 10 a.m., this means that charging service up to 10 pm, if otherwise not noticed by the administration. I only leave this review because we have denied the service of the store manager, and I think that this approach does not fit the quality of Oberweis.
