Dunkin' - Mount Prospect

Just absolutely terrible. Who charges 3$ for a medium coffee, I should?ve just drove off instead of paying these thieves. Never coming here again!

I was amazed because I felt like vip. Very quick service and delicious coffee. Highly recommended this location.

The women who work here are very kind and courteous, but one young man at the drive-in window could use a little improvement in his manners.

It's great to have a 24-hour Dunkin' Donuts nearby. I really appreciate it when they refill my Dunkin' cup. The facility is also clean.

I arrived at the restaurant around 8:34, even though the dining room closes at 9. The door was open, so I walked in and attempted to place an order. However, the staff member informed me that the dining room was closed. I found it puzzling since there was still nearly half an hour until closing time, and the doors were unlocked. To make matters more confusing, there was even another customer sitting inside just minutes before I arrived. The employee suggested that I order from the drive-thru instead, but it didn't make sense to me why the dining room was considered closed under those circumstances.
