Terrible fast food experience! I went through the drive-thru, and they messed up my order completely, and to make matters worse, the price was outrageous! When I reached the window, I asked the employee to repeat my order, and she had an incredibly bad attitude. When I tried to correct her, she argued with me about my own order. Customer service should always prioritize the customer! I definitely won’t be returning. Food: 2, Atmosphere: 1.

On September 26 at 6:30 PM, I was waiting for my food and watching it being prepared. I witnessed a young employee drop my burger, still wrapped, on the floor. He picked it up and slid it to the front, where a lady put it in the bag with my nuggets. I was utterly shocked. When I finally received my burger, the wrapper was covered in dirt, which was incredibly unappetizing. Overall, I would rate the service a 1 and the atmosphere a 3.
