Honestly these dudes are always on time and they make a damn good game day pizza just get it without garlic crust. 5/5 when it comes to a ?fast food pizza? rating. You know what you?re buying when you get dominos don?t give it 3 stars under the falsepremise you thought it was ?gourmet?.
I'm currently at your restaurant and I have to say, I've experienced some bad customer service before, but this place is on another level. If you’re unhappy in your job, perhaps it's time to consider a change. The young staff here seem quite dissatisfied, and it truly shows in how they treated me. This will definitely be my last visit to this location. If this is how all customers are treated, I can’t see how you’d remain in business for long. Good luck.
On my third try, I spoke with a gentleman who apologized and informed me that he had sent that employee home. He promised that a driver would be at the store to pick up my order in about three minutes. That was at 10:01 PM. I waited longer and called again at 10:36 PM, during which he told me the driver had my order and would be there shortly. Now, it's 10:52 PM, and I still don't have my pizza. The tracking app indicates that the driver is still 12 minutes away, but he has been parked at the Huddle House for the last 25 minutes, leaving me with little hope of receiving my order. It's now been three hours without my pizza, and this has been the most frustrating customer service experience I have ever encountered. At this rate, I’ll wake up to a stale, bug-infested pizza on my porch. If I could give negative stars, I would. At this point, the only acceptable resolution would be compensation for my wasted time.
My family and I were visiting from out of town due to a family emergency and decided to order pizzas through the mobile app at 9:30 PM. I received a notification at 9:53 PM stating that the pizzas had just come out of the oven and were going through a quality check. However, by 10:30 PM, I still hadn't received any notification that my pizzas were out for delivery, so I called the store to inquire about them. They informed me that it would be another 20 minutes before my pizzas were delivered. I finally got a notification at 11:03 PM that the driver had left the store, and my pizzas were delivered at 11:15 PM. This meant my pizzas sat at the store, ready to go, for over an hour before they were actually delivered to me—completely cold. I understand that things can go wrong, but I feel they could have offered something to compensate for the inconvenience, like a complimentary two-liter soda, breadsticks, a refund, or even remaking the pizzas so they would arrive hot. Overall, this was the worst pizza delivery experience I've ever had.
