I especially enjoyed the tomato basil soup; it was perfect for dipping the sandwich. The coffee cake was also really enjoyable. I loved the atmosphere, particularly the exposed brick. The prices were reasonable, and I’m really glad we chose this place over the chain restaurant down the block!
The atmosphere is very calm and pleasant. Although they don't roast their coffee on-site, it still tastes great.
The food is good and reasonably priced, the tables are clean, and the atmosphere is fantastic!
The coffee was lukewarm and weak, even when served fresh. The scrambled eggs came in a disappointingly small portion, and the toasted cheese sandwich had a strange, unpleasant texture—clumpy and stringy—made with small slices of bread. It’s unfortunate, as the café itself looked quite inviting.
I visited this restaurant with my wife and was greeted by Paige at the counter. She was friendly, helpful, and patient while we made our choices. We enjoyed a delicious scone, coffee, a roast beef and cheddar sandwich, and some tomato soup, all of which were fantastic! The restaurant is very clean, and the food is fresh. I believe it's a wonderful addition to the community, located right on the square. Great job, Paige, and kudos to the lovely owner!
