Domino's Pizza - Mount Orab

I ordered a couple of things a sandwich, specialty chicken, a bread bowl, and a cheesy bacon ranch loaded tot. Most of the stuff was ok if not cooked a little too long or too fast on high heat. But the tots had no ranch on it and the cheese and tots were burnt making it inedible. Wasting $7

We just ordered for the first time in a long time, and it was awesome! The driver brought me dipping sauce for the cheesy bread that I had forgotten to order! It was very fast and excellent! Customer service tops!!

Didn’t read order stating to put in back seat and brought food to my drivers side window. Didn’t hear me yell out the window and point directing her to the back passengers side. Just shoved it in my face and said ‘thanks’ quickly walked away. Otherwise order was ok. Need some customer service training for sure.

Friendly staff. They won't deliver to the Sardinia rest area.

My first act of kindness I witnessed was near Christmas 2022. I showed up during a snowstorm to pick up my order of 80 plus dollars. They didn't think I was gonna show up so the gave me the order for free. The second was today. I ordered a hogie that came with no pizza sauce. Ole Lady called to mention it and they sent a free hogie made right and cinnamon twist unexpectedly for free. When it comes to redemption, this Domino's has it.
