Subway - MOUNT OMMANEY

Terrible service from the moment I walked up to the counter. They served other customers before me, showing complete arrogance. They did not deserve my money and they did not get it. I will never give them my business.

The quality of service and food, particularly the rolls, can vary between different Sunway locations. However, the one in the shopping centre at Mt Ommaney is consistently excellent.

I had a disappointing experience getting my lunch at this restaurant. When I arrived, there were 2-3 people ahead of me in line, so it took a while to be served. When it was finally my turn, the staff knew the person next to me by name and started making their sub, further delaying my order. Luckily, another staff member became available to help me. However, when it came to the salads, the amount of lettuce was so skimpy that it didn't even reach from one end of the 6-inch sub to the other. I had to ask for more lettuce, pickles, and cucumber because there were only 2 pickles and not enough toppings. I have never experienced such poor portion sizes at any other Subway before. I would recommend going to a different Subway location if possible.

Not all Sunway's are the same as they differ in service and food quality especially the rolls. The one in the shopping centre at Mt Ommaney is generally very good.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of getting my lunch from this establishment. There was probably 2-3 people in front of me when I arrived so it took a while to be served which was fine. So when it was finally my turn I am greeted asked what I wanted, then they address the person next to me by name, so obviously known to them and start putting their sub together also further delaying my lunch after I had already been waiting for a little while. Lucky for me the other attendant came free so he took over that one and they continued on with mine.Right then onto the salads we go. The lettuce was put on that skimpy that there wasnt even enough to go from one end of the 6 inch to the other. So I asked can you please put a little more lettuce on. Next the pickles, I get 2 pickles so again I say can you please put a little more on there is like 2 on there. And the same with the cucumber but I didnt ask for more I gave up.I have never been to any subway in my life where they have tried to skimp so badly on the salads and I have never ever had to ask for more toppings, 2 pickles and not enough lettuce to even go end to end is not really acceptable. If you can drive a little further to another Subway its probably worth the effort.
