フィードバックを提供するI ordered a $7 item through the Takeout screen and waited an hour. When I asked for an update on my order, I was informed that it had been thrown away. I felt embarrassed by the employees while they prepared my order, and it didn’t seem like they communicated anything properly. I also didn’t receive part of my order, despite being there the whole time to listen for my number. The service was poor, and the employees’ attitudes made it even worse. I want a refund.
I understand that young people are trying to find work, but when it comes to my food, I don't want to deal with any distractions—be it age, height, or fashion choices. I really don't care if you're wearing basketball shorts or showing off your new hair products. Just to be clear, I have every right as a consumer to expect quality. What I received was a scant serving of potatoes and three pieces of burnt chicken, and I can't believe you think that's worth six dollars. Also, please don't sell pretzels with flies all over them. It's unacceptable to have napkins scattered around and straws hidden away. I know Wawa is known for its efficient service, so let's not waste straws or compromise on quality.
Please wake up! The bubbles are popping and falling to the ground. I ordered one with whipped cream and two without, but it took 35 minutes to get all three drinks! Plus, you messed up the order three times. That's nine cups in total!
Only an island with 4 pumps opened. Other participants were the emptying waste causing pipes for fuel. Low cost fuel in the area. Very busy.
Great place for full service, especially when it was super cold outside dreading the thought of having to put gas and an attendant walked up and filled it up for me. The attendant was super sweet, too, for a Saturday (almost midnight).
