フィードバックを提供するI always have a fantastic experience here. I inquired about BBQ boneless wings but ended up getting Buffalo boneless instead. The atmosphere was just right, and the server was very friendly. The drinks were enjoyable as well. The heat lamps were a bit too high, but we eventually adjusted to it.
After our initial confusion, the staff member we finally spoke to explained that once we selected our game, there would be a timer and our waitress would come to us. We chose a game, but no one showed up. After waiting 10 minutes, we asked a staff member in a pink shirt about our waitress. She responded curtly, informing us that our waitress was tied up with another table. We continued to wait, but after 15 more minutes with no sign of anyone—no water or greetings—we asked again for help identifying our waitress. Finally, after a 30-minute wait (I even took a photo of the timer), our waitress appeared, looking rather annoyed. We had noticed her walking by us several times without acknowledging us. When she finally approached, we requested water for the table and stated we were ready to order drinks and food. She promised to bring the water and then left. Another server brought our water after about 5 minutes. After another 10 minutes, our waitress returned to take our drink orders but then chatted with another employee for 15 minutes before actually asking for our food orders. Her demeanor gave off the impression that she preferred not to deal with us. After taking our order, she told us she was leaving for the day and that our new waitress would be Nikki. However, she lingered around other tables, which confirmed our feelings about service. Fortunately, Nikki turned out to be friendly and attentive; she checked in frequently to ensure we had everything we needed, even when our game timer was winding down. As for the food, it was tasty, but the portion sizes were disappointingly small. The nachos, in particular, were lacking. I wouldn't recommend them. The Margarita Flatbread was good, and everyone ordered burgers. My wife got chicken fingers, which were unfortunately overcooked. The grilled chicken Caesar salad was excellent, and my son enjoyed half of it. We also tried the TopGolf Sangria, which was enjoyable. When we attempted to order a second drink, our waitress’ attitude suggested we were only allowed one drink each. I'm not sure if that was a policy or if she was just being difficult. Overall, the gaming experience was fun, but the food felt overpriced for the portion sizes, even though it tasted good. The atmosphere was lively, and interestingly, there weren’t many kids around. I’m unsure if I’d return to this location. The total bill came to $284, plus a 50-minute drive and tolls for a somewhat mediocre experience. However, there is a new Top Golf in northeast Philadelphia, which we might try next time.
Great drinks and a fantastic atmosphere! The service can sometimes feel a bit straightforward, but I appreciate the cultural vibe, and usually (like today), the staff is all about having fun and moving things along. There's no shame in not knowing how to play, as there are various games available for everyone, whether you're a newcomer or a pro. Making reservations is definitely the way to go, but if you show up without one, they really do their best to accommodate you. The temperature is just right, making it one of the coziest outdoor experiences around. While the prices might seem high, they’re actually quite reasonable if you share among a group of four, especially on busy days. I love going there and don’t see myself stopping anytime soon!
I'm here several times and it's always such a fun experience! Even if you have to wait for a golf course, you can sit at the table or bar and the staff is very friendly. Your drinks are also really good and they have a variety of dishes on the menu
I would recommend this place to anyone that's willing to have fun. Great place to go to for first date to family outings. Find out when half price is. Save yourself a few dollars. Food was good also. Lay grab a bucket of your favorite.
