The Nova is very good but at $26 1/2lb it’s expensive. I probably won’t make the trek from CT again.
Pricey. but very high quality. still try to understand why the butter is chilled for retailing with smoked fish. it stinks.
My son and I go there several times a year to get their smoked salmon. They are always very helpful and the fish is delicious.
Perfect! Seriously best smoked fish ever. Nova and whitefish are my favorite but you can't go wrong with any order.
