Wing Street - Mount Juliet

This Pizza Hut has to be the least well run store in the nation! You have a fast food company that can't simply answer the phone so you get sent to a call center in which you now have to deal with robotic people who lack the simple motivation of speaking in full sentences. Tried to order food the other night and it was like pulling teeth. I finally talk to someone in their call center and was told it would be longer than an hour for 2 pizzas. They also could not confirm if delivery was an option. This store is ridiculous. I wish I had 4 hands so I can give them more thumbs down!

Horrible service. Couldn't get a delivery order because they have no drivers but then wouldn't give me the online price for carryout now that they couldn't deliver. Makes no sense... they'll make you pay more for you picking up your own food... I love Pizza Hut but I will never order from any store in Mt. Juliet again.

Pizza wasnt cut, cheese wasnt totally melted and bread stickes were like rubber

We called ahead and placed an order for pick up. When my dad got there to pick it up, they didn't have our order. Absurd!

The restaurant has poor management as they never answered the phone and cancelled my order without notifying me. I waited over 2 hours for my pizza delivery that never arrived. I had to drive to the restaurant to find out what happened, only to be told that my order was cancelled. This was very disappointing as no one informed me and my son ended up falling asleep without dinner.
