フィードバックを提供するI certainly wouldn't make a special trip to Mt. Angel to eat here but if you're in the area I wouldn't hesitate to try it. This place is very cheap (cheaper than food carts if that's even possible). It's more of a store with a few tables than it is a restaurant. They clearly cater to local workers (strong selection of work cloves and even some tools). The service both times I've stopped here was very friendly and the food was solid. Did I mention how cheap it was?
GONE OWNER SOLD RESTAURANT Different name; Now a Michoacán Mexican restaurant, NOT Oaxacan. Same with the original Cinco de Mayo in Woodburn, except owner sold it to previous employee, and they kept the Oaxacan menu
