Jade Palace - Mound

Terrible experience at this restaurant. The sign says they’re open, but that’s not the case. The door was open, and I talked to the staff, only to be told that they weren’t serving lunch today, even though it was only 2:30 PM and lunch hours are supposed to go until 3. When I asked why the door was open and the sign said they were open, I was left confused. It seems like restaurants should want customers, but I definitely won’t be returning!

Everything was fantastic, except for the roasted pig dumplings, which had an odd texture. The honey walnut shrimp was incredible. The staff member who assisted us was very friendly, and our food was prepared quickly.

I've been coming here for a while, and the food has always been great! I love bringing my friends along. The staff is really friendly too. My only concern was that it could have been a bit cleaner, but it wasn't dirty either. Overall, I just wanted to have a good time.
