Jade Palace - Mound

I will never be ordering from this place again. We placed a group order through work, which was all picked up and paid for together. Except my order which they forgot. So I called to get it remade and drive back to pick up my order. Not only did they forget my order, the lady argued with me for 10 minutes, and I had to pay for my forgotten order again! $17 for an $8 lunch special, plus rude arguing from the lady who messed up my order in the first place! Poorly run restaurant at its finest! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Elegant dining experience. Our waiter, who was was also the sommelier, was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive- but not overbearing. Love that the menu changes daily.

Been some time since I've been here. Food was always good, used to bring my friends all the time! Staff was very friendly too. My only issue I ever had was the bathroom wasn't too clean, but it wasn't filthy either. Just needed a good once-over.

Decent Chinese and Asian food restaurant with big menu, decent food, and chaotic customer service. Food here is standard American-style Chinese food. Consistently good, but nothing special. We have ordered takeout here several times for the convenience. The customer service is often a mess. They often take a phone order without telling taking my name, giving an order number, or an estimated pickup time. They do their best, but I?m surprised they don?t have better processes in place after years of operation.

Everything was great except the fried pork dumplings. They had a strange texture. Honey walnut shrimp was amazing. The lady working there was extremely friendly and they made my food fairly quick too
