Mcdonald's - Moulton

Couldn't tell me kiosks worked or not. And didn't acknowledge we were even here. The manner acted hateful and was very unprofessional. Couldn't find a table that was clean. Not from this area, so completely surprised by the attitude of theemployees and the appearance of the restaurant. Shame on you Mickey Ds. Update: fries were so cold and the quarterpounder/cheese was dripping so much grease that the cheese slid right off the bun!! One and only time eating here!!!!

The food was okay nothing to write home about but not bad either. All I got was a quarter pounder with cheese and a small fry but the reason I won't give a five-star is because I was the only car in the drive-thru at that time and there was not a carbehind me but they had me pull up. I found that very odd. I know drive-thru times are important but if I'm the only customer youhave there's no reason I should have to pull up. I would like to say that there was nothing wrong with the burger but the frieskind of tasted like they had been sitting around for a little bit. Again... The food wasn't the issue I just didn't like beingpulled up and I was the only car.

It took 34 minutes to get a biscuit. that's not gonna happen again! looks like his hardee’s to the breakfast.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a McDonald's. The person I was associating with couldn't grasp what a combo/meal/ with fries and a drink was. And it took me a good 2 minutes to get them to understand even which burger I wanted. Then when all was said and done I paid for bacon and they failed to put it on there and I had to go back and have them make it right. Really disappointed.

It was McDonald's, so it's a bit of a mixed bag. My experience was quite good when I visited—everything was tasty. The staff were nice, too.
