Dairy Queen - Motley

Well, problems with the staff! My wife was there just an hour ago and was treated very rudely and with poor business etiquette.My wife ordered a Twisty Misty. She pulled up and they tried handing her a Frosty. The attendant said a Misty has ice cream. My wife said no that 's a Frosty and can 't have it because she goes into anaphylaxis if she has any dairy. My wife asked for the manager and she came and started arguing with my wife saying that she ordered a Frosty. Which she didn 't and can 't have it. My wife said fine I 'll just give it to my husband because I can 't have it. Then the manager got rude and said no ill make you a misty but I wont fix this for you again. And the manager said it 's my wife 's fault.Now my wife says she 'll never go there again because of how rudely she was treated by the manager. I also have been treated rude by the manager. She has treated me like I 'm stupid for asking any questions.Good food but don 't expect them to treat you nice if there 's a problem even when it 's on them.

This DQ is outstanding. Very clean and well maintained dining area. Friendly staff. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. We'll be back!

Best DQ between Metro and BemidjiKid-friendliness: It's DQ. Dine in and have kids finish their meal before getting ice cream.

The food is always good when I stop there. This is my go-to on my way home after 4 wheeling.

This Dairy Queen was absolutely amazing! The manager on duty was friendly and very helpful! She even came out to ask us if everything was tasting OK. Will definately stop at the Motley DQ whenever we go through again!
