Khinkali V Alazani

I have known this restaurant since it opened, but today will be my final visit. The quality of the food has declined to the level of fast food wraps, and the famous hospitality is nowhere to be found. The staff appears indifferent to the customers. I waited over an hour for my order, and the waiters struggled to communicate effectively. Farewell, Alazany.

The service was awful! The prices are unreasonably high for the quality of food. We waited a long time for our order; we had asked for chicken nuggets with fries for our child, and after 40 minutes, we received the nuggets, which were just breaded chicken breast cut into patty-sized pieces. The fries didn't arrive until an hour later. The chicken was greasy and undercooked, but at least the dumplings were decent!

This restaurant is outstanding! The music creates a wonderful vibe, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. The staff is incredibly friendly. The khinkali are superb, and the skewers are absolutely delightful. Kudos to the chefs! The wine selection is impressive, and the desserts are simply delicious.
