The 24-hour KFC near Rumyantsevo metro station came in handy when I had to wait for a car for a business trip. The service was fine; I ordered through the mobile app, picked up my order, and sat down in the dining area without any issues. Everything was quick and efficient, just like always. The food quality is on par with other fast-food chains in the network. However, I have to take off a point for cleanliness – the tables weren’t being cleaned, or they just couldn’t keep up, even though there weren’t many customers. The restroom and sink area were also not clean.

It seems to be a decent place, but it tends to get very crowded during lunch. Additionally, if you order through the app, especially for promotions, it's better to do it about 20-30 minutes before you arrive, as these orders seem to be ignored and left until the last minute.

This isn't the first time I've experienced rudeness from certain staff members at this establishment, as if we were freeloaders. Overall, the quality of the twist wraps has declined recently. They're often dry and frequently served cold.
