Waffle House - MORROW

The staff was rude and we waited half an hour for our order. Coffee was cold and they didn't replace it with hot coffee. We didn't get our cutlery until we asked. In addition, the staff fought right next to our table without a face mask. So unprofessional! On 03/16/21 at 11 a.m.

When I walked in the waitress sat down and started eating. I waited about 5 mins before someone available took my order. Then I asked for a drink bag the same waitress walked past them and asked the other lady working to get it. Then she just sat there while the phone was ringing off the hook. She wasn?t even taking orders. When she finally answered the phone it was with an attitude. I like this place but they hire the wrong people to represent them.

Not even sure why i gave it 2 stars. This Waffle House WAS NOT IT. No southern hospitality here. No one spoke let alone looked up when we entered. A table was cleaned without any motion to come be seated or sorry for your wait. The staff had absolutely no communication skills with each other. They constantly argued with each other about orders. From my understanding the cook, Gary was the district manager! He was no better than the staff did not lead the crew, constantly rolled his eyes in disgust didnt want the one worker to assist him any more. My food had to be sent back because it was nasty the 1st AND 2nd time. To top it off, an unsatisfied customer (go figure) had to express himself which made 2 employees along with the district manager to cause a scene. Its too many Waffle Houses dont go to this one ?

I give this a 4 star only because of the drink machine issue. The waitress we had was amazing. She gave us free water bottles because their drink machine was down. The cooks are fast and get the orders right. The building could use some attention, but the employees are making sure you want to come back.

This is one of the older modern Waffle Houses, your newer ones have the circle top bar stools. This Waffle House in particular had the seat cushion bar stools which I believe are more comfortable than the round top bar stools. I like how I can come in and promptly get serviced, the food was good as usual and my overall experience was great not to mention is right around the corner from my job new location so I'll probably be stopping in quite frequently. The waitress was very very nice and checked on me so I definitely say check this Waffle House out if you're in the area
