Subway - MORROW

I came here since the sub shop by Burlington was rude and haven't stop coming since. This location always has the kindest staff...yes, they're young but they're super sweet. If you tip, tip in CASH!

I ordered Italian bmt on the app. Went to go pick it up and almost everything was wrong. The main thing is the sandwich didn?t have ham ????

Worst subway that I have been to. They didn?t have soap in the bathroom and no hand sanitizer outside the bathroom. I asked for a cup for water they did not give me that. I asked toasted sandwich and it was the coldest sandwich I ever received. Again if I could give them zero star I would do that?

Worse subway I?ve been too. I wasn?t greeting coming in and she stood there talking to her coworkers while We waited on here to finish her conversation!! The girl was nonchalant and they do not have anything in there , they out of everything!!!!!!! While making my sandwich she kelp going to the back to refill what I was asking for . Plus I ordered two drinks and she rung up one drink , clearly she can?t take orders properly. WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN!

Only reason I gave one star is because that?s the only way I could post. Worst customer service ever! I did an online order and had it delivered and all three footlongs were not made as they should?ve. I called in the first time a guy picked up the phone I explained and he didn?t say anything back and kept actin as if he couldn?t hear: I called back a 2-3 times they didn?t pick up the fourth time a female answer I?m explaining again to her we did an online order they subway not door dash but either way the sandwiches where incorrect she put the phone down without saying hold on or anything and went to yelling and talking to the other workers about how they never messed up any orders and just talking trash the whole time nd then me nd my daughter sat and listened to them laughing and she comes and hang up the phone without saying anything so I called back to back until the store closed and still didn?t get an answer or our food corrected. They both need to be let go they were ghetto and unprofessional nd could careless about our food or their job. I will be goin tomorrow to make a formal complaint and calling corporate
