Chili's Grill - MORROW

I ordered a Cajun Chicken Pasta entre via Doordash and the restaurant forgot to add chicken to the pasta.

First time I did take out. Went inside to place order. Wasn't sure if I was to wait inside or in my car. The waitress asked which car and that she would bring the order outside to me. I waited 35 minutes. Noone came out and I went back inside. Therewas a different waiter and I asked if my order was ready. He checked behind him on the counter and handed it to me. It appearedto have been there for a little while because it was mildly warm. However the food was delicious but service not so much. Iwould still recommend.

We went in around 2-3pm. As soon as we walked in the service was horrible. Once my sister in law let them know we were a party of 9, the lady looked at her with a face and said what am I going to do with you guys . She proceeded to say that their systemwas down and then stated that the waitress was too old. We let them know it was okay for us to wait for a table, the restaurantwas practically empty but she kept mentioning the waitress age over and over. My brother asked to speak to the manager and hedidnt mentioned anything about the systems being down just that there was a new waitress in today but she wasn 't even the onethat was going to be serving us. The waitress was so sweet and helpful, we were a big party but she did a great job and wassuper kind to us. But everyone else bringing out the food didn 't even greet us and had a face the whole time like they werebothered. The experience was horrible, but the waitress apart from her age as the first lady mentioned was absolutelywonderful. Respect your elders and don 't belittle them because of their age and learn how to treat your customers.

Waitress was nice and attentive to my many requests. Always smiled, refilled drinks without having to ask. My specific request were made to order and came out right. Asked for honey mustard brought it out no problem. A1 service.

When I say as I sat down my waitress was in point drink was fresh food was serve hot fresh people when I say it was good it was good that's great customer service ????
