Tognazzini's Dockside 3 Smokehouse

The 2 pieces of fish and chips as well as a small cup of chowder ordered. Expected that the fish are roasted deep, but instead it was grilled. Pleasantly surprised, the season and taste was great!. Fish was nice and moist, not dried. Will definitely be back for the grilled fish and chips.

Love the delicious and fresh Kabobs served at this dog friendly restaurant by sea. Great clam chowder and a wide selection of beers too! Sadly, this great location closed as of September 2018. There is still Dockside and Dockside Too (which is pet friendly), but Dockside 3 will be greatly missed!

Ducked into this restaurant out of the rain for a quick bite. Had the chowder bread bowl and swordfish kebab. Both were tasty and we watched them get made pretty quickly. The staff was friendly and helped us decide what to get. The place as a whole is low key and relaxing.

Great little place for some smoked fish and a beer. They have a large selection of beers on tap and smoke their own fish and scollops. They also have fresh oysters, we got a half dozen swimming in butter and some scollops on a kabob, pictured below. With a couple of cold beers it was a wonderful treat. We sat outside they do have a few outside seats. Not really a big place but nice.

Dockside 3 isn't just a restaurant; the front area with the boat entrance is one of the best spots to enjoy a meal in Morro Bay. The French fries are among the best I've ever tasted, and the BBQ oysters are absolutely perfect. The scallop ceviche, smoked shrimp, and chicken wraps are all delicious as well. We really enjoy Dockside 3!
