Both the clam chowder and lobster bisque were bursting with flavor and had a lovely consistency, especially when paired with bread and additional chunks that enhanced the texture. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the high prices and the long wait for the food; it seemed like adding another staff member could have improved the efficiency of service.
We visited this restaurant in May and absolutely loved the lobster roll, so after the July 4th holiday, we decided to come back. We even booked a night’s stay in Cambria just to enjoy those lobster rolls again. Although their website stated they would open at 11 am, we found a sign on the door indicating they wouldn’t open until noon. We patiently waited and went inside at noon, but there was no hostess present. At 12:10, a young woman came in and informed us that we would need to wait even longer to be seated. Unfortunately, her attitude made the wait feel less than welcoming, so we opted to leave. Now, we're spending $500 for the night and ended up missing out on the lobster rolls we were looking forward to.
From the greater to the server and of course the food 5 stars. Delicious food. Strawberry margarita clam chowder and lobster roll delicious. Yes prices and worth the quality.
Enjoyed a beautiful dinner here on Saturday Night for my anniversary with my wife. There was a bit of a wait, so I'd highly recommend arriving early. The food was excellent! The lobster bisque has sooo much flavor and was so rich and creamy. The shrimp scampi had huge portions of shrimp and was very flavorful. Prices were high, but the flavor was spot on and it was a special occasion.
Pricey but delicious. Locally sourced food. New chatty server was friendly and attentive. Very slow when we went (4 pm on a Tuesday), so had the place practically to ourselves.Good wine selection and one of the smoothest ciders I've ever tasted
