Wendy's - Morrisville

Through the trip thru and ended waiting around 20 minutes to get our food. they were short employees (about 3 employees in total), which explains the waiting time. the staff was polite and our order was fresh and no mistakes.

Excellent customer service by store manager who chose to prepare veggie wraps which are not on the menu. The wraps were very good and should be added as a menu item in the future.

Got good food here when most of the nearby restaurants were closed. Nice food and helping staff

My group walked into the store and were greater with attitude. We were informed the dining room was not open even though both sets of doors were unlocked and there wasn't a note posted saying drive thru only. We were allowed to order at the counter butwere made to go outside to eat. We received our food and it was cold with no taste. I went to put salt on my food and when Iopened the package, it was clumped together as of it was previously wet and dried again. When my husband went back to get to gethis missing sandwich, he could hear the employees cussing and being rude that he came back for his missing item. We definitelywill not be back.

A couple of the staff members were bickering about making too many chicken sandwiches without any orders. The food was decent, but my fries weren't very hot. Also, the restroom lacks privacy for anyone needing to use it.
