Wendy's - Morrisville

Through the trip thru and ended waiting around 20 minutes to get our food. they were short employees (about 3 employees in total), which explains the waiting time. the staff was polite and our order was fresh and no mistakes.

Excellent customer service by store manager who chose to prepare veggie wraps which are not on the menu. The wraps were very good and should be added as a menu item in the future.

I’ve visited this Wendy’s before, and my experiences haven’t always been positive. However, on March 25, 2022, I stopped by before picking up my uncle from the airport, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a classic Dave's single, fries, and a root beer. The burger was fresh, the fries were steaming hot, and the staff was incredibly friendly. One employee even checked in to make sure I was enjoying my meal as I was leaving. This Wendy’s is just a quick drive from RDU International Airport, so if you’ve just arrived and are feeling famished, it’s definitely worth a visit!

I had to repeat my order multiple times, and while they eventually got it right, the food didn't live up to expectations. The baked potato wasn't fully cooked, so we ended up throwing it away, and my burger was just... mediocre.

First and foremost, it's CLEAN. Seriously, the food is FRESH—very fresh. It brings back memories of how Wendy's used to be, with fresh food, cleanliness, and a decent staff.
