Aji Sushi Japanese Fusion

This is my favorite sushi place in the Morristown area. I'm sharing their special menus that are available because they aren't posted on their site. The dinosaur egg is a must try.

Their sushi rolls are great! Try the black dragon roll.

Really tasty, and a wonderful option for takeout Sushi Japanese cuisine. My reviews for sushi restaurants are always interesting because uhhh... I don't eat sushi. But, I'll try just about anything else on the menu which has got to count for something. I always order miso soup, and although this is a pretty basic order this might have been the best miso soup that I've ever tasted. A $2 bowl comes with a huge amount of soup. The flavoring is on point, and there was a ton of tofu scallions in the soup. Mixed with rice this could have been an entire meal, and I have a feeling I'll be ordering this often throughout the winter. I also tried some steamed veggie gyoza an order came with several plump dumplings and they were delicious. Next time I'm looking forward to trying out some entrees like chicken teriyaki and fried rice. For now I'll continue to crave that stellar miso soup.

The sushi is fresh and delicious. The pick-up process is very efficient. Not the best picture, but the sushi was great!

I was over and hungry at noon and have hunted sushi lately, so I decided to see if I get something fast and order on the humble side (for sushi) and quickly on my way. I wasn't disappointed. I ordered two California rolls that were fresh and well distributed. Not only were they well dosed, but they came as lunch specially with a free soup and salad. Service was friendly and on point, Ambiance/Dekor was about average, but I got my sushi repair plus unexpected extras well served immediately (without my hint at everything I tried to make it a quick stop), and good price. Recommended!
