Gelare - Morley

I've been to several other Gelare ice cream shops throughout WA and the quality of their ice cream is always amazing, regardless of which shop I've been to.

Appalling service here. While one guy was busy on the coffee machine making coffees, the female owner is pacing up and down behind the narrow counter, and even though she sees us she doesn't acknowledge us as customers ready to order right at the cash register. She then walks away to turn her back on us trying to look busy crouching down doing something else for a few minutes. Then another customer approaches alongside us with 2kids looking at the ice cream cabinet and the different ice cream flavours. Sure enough the female owner comes over right then and is ready to take the other customer's order even though we are first in line standing adjacent to each other. The other customer prompts the owner with his hands that he thinks we were first, however she gestures with both her hands towards him to indicate to him to proceed to order first. We tell the other customer 'go ahead' as we decided we no longer wanted to order anything from her and her shop. We turned and walked away.

Good waffles however service staff are not the friendliest. Tuesday night is great as all waffles are half price just make sure you have extra time aside as they are slow bringing them out

Surprisingly good take away coffee if you are looking for a caffeine hit during your shopping spree at Galleria. Fast, friendly service and prices are good too.
