Thanks for not answering the phone for going on over an hour now. Also tell the lady with the long black hair thanks. my hubby is getting over covid finally felt well enough to eat and yea surprise her hair was his food he ended puking everywhere. Good job Wendy's

Must order via kiosks that don’t work. When I advised the kiosks weren’t working, the man behind the cash register where they used to take orders said we would have to go to the drive thru. Uh, no thanks.

Place is filthy. They need a surprise health inspection. I told him about the bathroom having something on the floor and look big and the staff member already knew about it says oh it's just a squish chicken nugget. Where they cook at is filthy I would never recommend this place to anyone. Wendy's headquarters should come down and do a surprise inspection

I don’t recommend going to this Wendy’s location ever again. Heaven forbid they actually do their job right. I was at home sick having an allergic reaction so my boyfriend got me a burger, but they made both of our sandwiches wrong, he got them corrected. When he got home, I opened up my sandwich to find that they had only scraped the mayo off and flipped the burger. I’m allergic to mayo, already having an allergic reaction to something else, imagine the lawsuit they’d have on their hands should … – show

Can't order the biggie bag from kiosk (it makes you pay full price for each item). Won't take orders at register. Money grab. Floors so slick with grease that I had to hold on to the walls and furniture to safely traverse the restaurant.
