Really should be about three and a half stars. Interesting combination of innovation and execution. It seems like the ingredients are right, but preparation cost some of the taste intensity and full delivery of the food's potential. Worth a try, though. Sargasso is absolutely wonderful. My girlfriend and I went there a few months ago and we loved the brunch, specifically the takoyaki fries were amazing. We decided to come back again for dinner and it was phenomenal. Totally exceeded my expectations.
