Insomnia Cookies - Morgantown

I would rate them zero stars if possible. I ordered cookies to be delivered to my son at his workplace for his birthday and spent $35 on them. Unfortunately, the delivery driver handed them off to a random person instead of waiting for my son to collect them. I had included a message in the order notes to clarify this. My son has a screenshot showing that the driver arrived and left within a minute, claiming he had waited for ten minutes. I attempted to call the store, but a recording informed me that the voicemail was full. This was a truly terrible experience. I strongly advise caution when considering this service!

It's surprising that one of their main attractions—delivery—is so disappointing. The service is extremely unreliable, often taking hours, and if you don't leave a generous tip, your cookies will arrive cold and crumbled.

The cookies were delicious, but they arrived in a less than ideal condition. They were broken, stacked on top of one another, and stuck together.

It seems like most of the negative reviews are from orders, but I've only ever done pickup and had a great experience!If you walk in, you just pick from what they have available and the cookies are always amazing! Super warm and fresh! They melt in your mouth! Highly recommend paying the extra money for the specialty cookies like the peanut butter cup!

These cookies are phenomenal! Fastest delivery I’ve ever experienced in Morgantown as well. Will definitely be ordering again.
