Telephone ordering at noon is rushed and people taking orders do NOT clearly explain the lunch box specials.  Two times I ordered sandwiches and 2 small sides and was not told I could get the drink for 20-30cents more! Attitude is "You get what you order over the phone, we are not obligated to tell you about our lunch box pricing!"That is a poor business practice!  Customer feels cheated. Had trouble the past 2 days with lunch time orders by phone.  When store is busy at noon, phone calls are answered by food preparers who work in the back who aren't trained to answer basic questions about substitutions made in box lunch specials and pricing. This guy told me there would be a $3.00 upcharge to add drinks to each sandwich and the 2 sides. I asked how much were the lunch box specials in the evening he said 3 for $12.00 and someone in the background corrected & said 2 for $12.98! I said I'm not paying $11.59 for each noon lunch box, that's crazy and asked to speak to supervisor, who was very busy and just asked what did I want and did not further pricing clarify lunch box specials.  I paid for sandwiches & side orders without ever being told for 20cents more I could add a drink to each lunch box. I thought the guy from the back explained my confusion but he just handed her the phone! The next day at noon on January 30th, I called & ordered. I didn't want to pay $11.59 for a lunch box, I  just ordered a sandwich/2 sides & wasn't even told for 20c more I could add a drink = lunch box special. Deal not explained until I ordered 2 evening lunch box specials for $12.98, when store is not BUSY like it is at noon.

If you enjoy dining in a sauna then you'll enjoy this place There wasn't any airflow in the room.

We approached the host's station at the front of the restaurant and no one was there for a long timeWe had to go find someone to seat us.

After the bad experience at Iron Horse Saloon, this place was a welcome site! Very friendly staff, nice bartender made great drinks.
