Chipotle Mexican Grill - Morgantown

I've tried so hard with this Chipotle. I've been a customer of various Chipotles for a long time. There is a night time manager who works here who is so nice and makes sure that everything is good. I had ordered something online once and when I got to the store they didn't have it and she knocked it out of the park making me something else. But this place just is awful. I've seen management yell at the young lady with special needs in front of customers. I've had a staff person yell at me because she didn't know how to work the computer and log my purchase on my app. The food I received today was awful. I was grateful my burrito was free because if I had had to pay for it I would have been so mad. It wasn't even half full. Then after I ate, since I decided this is my last visit to this Chipotle I decided to use my last coupon for something free and the manager at the register wasn't going to take it at first. Just really disappointed with this place. I will pop in soon to see the nice manager because one time I went in after work and she said it had been a long time and asked how I'd been. But anymore I just can't. Food quality, customer service, and even just coworker to coworker respect doesn't exist here and I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

I did have to pay for extra meat since the person didn't put a full spoon on my Burrito. Very glad I did, it I would have needed more to eat. I do not eat rice or beans, so my Burrito would have been very small. Can't wait for the Fairmont restaurant to open... Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner

This place is disgusting!!! The staff is rude. The size portions barely fill the bowl. When you try and tell them they just pile on lettuce and shredded cheese on top of everything. They had no napkins no lids. The Ice empty in the soda machine. The trash cans were overflowing. The starbucks on the other side of the building has traffic so bad you cant park mid day. Who ever owns this franchise ought to be ashamed as this Chipotle is always like this and always out of food hours before close.
